A day on the job with our Food Rescue team

BEDS Emergency Services Coordinator Sue Dever talks about a day in the life of our Food Rescue program. It takes a dedicated team of donors, staff and volunteers to prepare meals for delivery to our clients. Our Food Rescue program saves more than 1,400 pounds of food per month that would otherwise be wasted. The program compliments meal service and addresses the food security of our clients in all of our programs.
