Interim Housing offers them trauma informed, harm reducing pathways back to housing.
Our Programs
Our Interim Housing programs were a result of the unique conditions of COVID-19 pandemic that forever changed our congregate shelter model. BEDS Plus now serves over 200 people a night, 365 days a year in our interim housing program.
Triage Transitional Shelter
Triage Transitional Shelter offers 80 beds for incoming people experiencing homelessness. Clients stay up to 90 days in a 24-hour staffed motel, receive food and basic supplies, undergo intensive assessments, and quickly connect to housing and supportive services.
Bridge Programs
Bridge Programs serve vulnerable populations facing barriers to stable housing including families, people with severe mental health conditions, domestic violence survivors, justice involved households, and new arrivals. Clients stay up to 12 months in master-leased, scattered-site apartments, receive food and basic supplies, and connect to housing and supportive services.
Customized Case Management & Services
All Interim Housing clients partner with case managers to make individual service plans for managing the causes and effects of homelessness and regaining and sustaining housing. BEDS connects them to wraparound care, including:
