Families experiencing homelessness or imminent risk of homelessness often have complex needs that extend beyond housing. As our family case manager, Chris Hart works with families across our service lines to ensure they can keep, quickly return to, and flourish in housing.
Chris joins us from the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families, where he served as a case manager overseeing a range of ongoing treatment services for families. He previously worked as a case manager at Bridge Family Center in West Hartford, CT, as well as a crisis intervention counselor at the Northern Middlesex YMCA In Middletown, CT.
Chris holds a BA in Sociology and History from the University of Connecticut – Storrs.
