Front Desk Receptionist

BEDS Plus is looking for someone to work nights and weekends at our Ogden Avenue Supportive Housing facility in La Grange. The individual will:
*Work the front desk at our building answering phones along with admitting and greeting visitors
*Do routine nightly maintenance and cleaning of the office areas
*Assist with maintenance tasks at BEDS facilities
*Help, as needed, with move-ins

Case Manager: DCFS

Our case managers work directly with our clients providing resources to ultimately make sure their housing needs are met.  The DCFS case manager, a member of our family services team, will meet with clients to develop and work a plan designed to meet the client’s individual needs, the family’s needs, and to meet the requirements of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.

 

Case Manager: Justice Involved

The Justice Involved Case Manager works with those individuals who have been involved with the state or federal corrections department. They may have been incarcerated and/or or may be on parole. The Justice Involved Case Manager works with these individuals to help provide a stable housing situation. To learn more about this position and to apply, click HERE.

Case Aide

The Case Aide is responsible for assisting with case management activities in various departments at the agency including housing emergency services and homelessness prevention. To learn more about this position and to apply, click HERE.

AmeriCorps Member

The AmeriCorps Member will work with all aspects of the Emergency Shelter program including volunteer scheduling, operational logistics and staffing. Our AmeriCorps Members assist case managers, clinical specialist and director with client care and case management. Assist with all aspects of client care across the organization.  They are also required to attend all required AmeriCorps Monthly meetings and events.  AmeriCorps Members receive a living stipend, health coverage, and an education award upon completion.
